Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellations

Reservations cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The deposit amount and any applicable terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for the full reservation and the booking will be released.

4. Date Changes & Modifications

Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date. Rate differences may apply.

5. Force Majeure

In cases beyond our reasonable control — such as extreme weather, road closures, or government travel restrictions — we will work with affected guests to reschedule or provide a credit where possible.
