1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Selva Mística Monteverde website and the booking of accommodations, tours, and services with Selva Mística Monteverde (“the Property,” “we,” “us”). By making a reservation or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Reservations & Booking

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or by WhatsApp at +506 7146-7986. A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking. Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include breakfast unless stated otherwise.

3. Rates & Payment

All rates are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Applicable taxes will be added to the final bill.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Use

Guests are expected to treat the Property, its staff, and other guests with respect, and to help preserve the surrounding cloud forest environment. The Property reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund in cases of damage, disruptive behavior, or violation of these terms.

6. Liability

Selva Mística Monteverde is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries sustained while participating in tours, hikes, or activities on or off the property, except where required by Costa Rican law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
